This is one of my new designs that have been so popular. I love it and wear it a lot!!! I have distressed and redesigned this piece to be worn as a tunic, or tuck the straps and you can wear it as a skirt. It is a 36, so 36 bust and 34 inches in length. Yes pearls are part of the fringe, they are gorgeous mixed with the laces and crochet. Comes with sunflower pin. This is part of my songbird collection
