Return/Exchange:

we will fully refund any purchase within 5 days of receiving the item. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange any pieces within 30 days of receipt. All custom pieces made to order are final. Any items on sale will be final. We appreciate your business so much and will always go out of our way to give you 100% satisfaction. To be eligible for any refunds or exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
if I customise any part of your order the order is final, if I resize, change the colour or style in any way the sale is then non refundable. 

All Bundles are non returnable, non refundable, they are custom pieces. I customize to each customers specification. I can not accept returns or refunds for this reason. Thank you

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
