Return/Exchange:
We will always go out of our way to make sure a buyer is happy and satisfied with all purchases. Please contact us with any concerns with your purchase. Making our customers happy is the most important part of our job, and company. That is our number one goal. With that being said, We will exchange items that have not been worn or damaged, We will exchange items that are returned within 7 days of receiving item. We do not offer refunds On custom orders!!!! Custom orders are final but please contact us with concerns. All exchanges are at the original prices not sale prices.

Lost items due to mail will not be exchanged or our responsibility so please make sure address is correct, damaged items due to the mail are not our responsibility. On exchanges, w will email you once the item is received and at that point you may choose another item and it will be shipped to you asap you will have 90 days to exchange an item once received back to us.  All exchanges are at the full price of the piece you are receiving for the exchange, sale prices do not apply. We do not cancel orders once they are processed.  Please make sure you want the order before placing your order. You will have 90 days to exchange an item once we receive it.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
