Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Thrift bundle orders
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us before sending any items back. We will provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
